The Florida Solar for All (FSFA) program is committed to ensuring full compliance with all applicable federal civil rights laws. FSFA is responsible for compliance with non-discrimination requirements as outlined in:

- 31 C.F.R. Part 22 – Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Race, Color, or National Origin in Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance from the Department of the Treasury

How to File a Complaint
If you believe you have experienced discrimination or bias based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, marital status, veteran or military status, genetic information, or any other protected status, you may submit a complaint to FSFA’s Compliance and Accountability Officer.
